The Lowdown: Azureau Portfolio Wine Tasting Toronto Event 2022
The Azureau team has been itching to launch this event – usually, we gather wine enthusiasts every two years to discover our global portfolio. Like so many things, this event was put on hold last year. Fortunately, we are back and can't wait to share with you all we've been up to. So, what can you expect from this year’s highly anticipated wine-tasting event?
Your Host: Carolyn Evans-Hammond
Toronto Star wine critic Carolyn Evans-Hammond is hosting the event this year. With a passion for great wines, Carolyn has years of wine-tasting experience under her belt. You’ll have the opportunity to meet her at the event, chat about the showcased wines and spirits and get her expertise on the best wines in town.
Wines & Spirits from Around the Globe
Of course, we have a global lineup of notable and incredible products for you to taste, and a chance to meet the winemakers and distillers behind these spectacular bottles. There will be over twenty-five producers joining us with more than 125 products to discover.
To tempt your palate a little more, food stations will be featured to enhance and complement the wines and spirits, making for a wonderful wine-tasting experience all around.

Must-See Masterclasses
Throughout the event, a series of masterclass sessions will take place. There will be two every hour on the hour from 7 to 9 pm. Each one promises to present a unique opportunity for education, discovery and excitement for the senses. Uncover the wonderful world of white wines or learn all about vermouths with Cocchi Principal Giorgio Bava. Whichever masterclass you attend, it’ll certainly open your eyes to the many wonders of wine!

With in-depth cocktail demonstrations from expert mixologists, you can learn how to use some of the most delectable wines and spirits to make an abundance of mouth-watering cocktails.
